There food is very good and made to order so you are getting it fresh! The atmosphere is great and sometimes the drive-thru is convenient!

Great smoked foods. The Burnt Ends compare to my hometown favorites in Kansas City (home of great barbeque). Wife loves the spaghetti. Just got smoked meats for a Christmas gathering and were pleased with the food. Family was impressed.

Went to this place and they are doing a pretty good job with their end product. The onion ring/straws....we're excellent. The meats....were good. Best I've ever had? No. But if they're solid enough - and for sure solid - for Carthage Mo.

The food is AMAZING!!!! The pig and bull burger is Chefs Kiss!!! It has soooo much flavor and the homemade onion rings are phenomenal!

Saw this place from the highway and thought it would be a good place to drive through and hit the road again. We ordered the cowboy burgers and there was a 7 minute wait for those. We should have went inside. But once we got the burgers we knew why it took 7 minutes. Very delicious. Smoky flavoured. Couldn't even finish the fries because the burger was so filling.

We had Big Ben's BBQ catered at my daughters wedding last night , food was outstanding! Brisket was moist and on point. The variety of BBQ sauces was impressive. Oh let me tell you about the cheesy potatoes , had a friend ask if I had any leftovers, these were a huge hit . Can't wait to take a drive from Bentonville to your location to start more!!!

Visited here from Los Angeles last week while in the area seeing my family. This place didn't disappoint! My husband was born and raised in SoCal, so while in the Midwest, I wanted him to experience a "real" BBQ place. We did a hole in the wall in Tulsa first and then this place a few days later. I'd say he enjoyed this place the most because it's actually nice inside and not all grimy like a lot of BBQ places can be. Between my parents and us, our table had 2 half orders of ribs and 2 orders of brisket along with a variety of sides including baked beans, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and country gravy, and onion rings. We loved how we were asked if we wanted our brisket shredded or sliced and if we chose the latter (we did), we were then asked if we wanted fat on the meat or not. My step-mom and I both chose the no fat option and our meat came out just like that! I tried all the sauces at the table with my brisket and they were all delish. My fav was probably the sweet. I wanted the spicy to actually be spicy, but it wasn't at all. I didn't try my husband's ribs because they're too messy for me, but he loved them! The country gravy with my husband's potatoes could have had more flavor. It tasted like it had hardly any salt or seasoning in it at all. My green beans were the same, although they did have small pieces of meat in them, so that was nice. My step-mom's onion rings reminded me of the kind I used to get at the fair as a kid, so I really enjoyed those. For the price of meals at this place, the quality of meat and the quantity of food you get is perfect!
